1. Agreement

By paying the deposit, both parties agree to these terms and conditions in full.

2. Deposit & Booking

Your date is secured upon receipt of the deposit. You have 14 days from payment to cancel for a full refund no questions asked. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be applied to your outstanding balance.

3. Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. Failure to pay by this date may result in cancellation of your booking. All pricing is inclusive of GST.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to change your event date and I am available on the new date, your deposit will be transferred. Significant date changes (12+ months) may require a revised quote. If I am unavailable on your rescheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable, though I will happily recommend a suitable alternative.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event incur no additional charge beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days will attract a fee of 50% of the outstanding balance. Exceptions may be considered for verified Force Majeure events.

6. Illness or Emergency

In the unlikely event of a serious illness or unforeseen emergency, every effort will be made to arrange a suitable, equally experienced performer as a replacement. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

7. Equipment

Equipment must not be operated or interfered with by guests. Any damage caused by unauthorised use will be invoiced for repair or replacement.

8. Power Requirements

Reliable household power within 10 metres of the performance area is required. If the venue cannot provide this, alternative arrangements must be discussed prior to the event.

9. Weather Protection

For outdoor and marquee events, adequate shelter from rain and direct sunlight must be provided for all equipment. If equipment safety cannot be ensured, performance may need to cease. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.

10. Venue Sound Restrictions

Where a venue imposes noise limits or requires use of in-house sound systems, all performance will comply with those requirements. No liability is accepted for sound quality issues arising from venue-imposed restrictions.

11. Health & Safety

No liability is accepted for injury or incident occurring at the event. A respectful environment is expected at all times. The right is reserved to cease performance if guests behave in an aggressive or threatening manner.

12. Set Up & Pack Down

A minimum of 60 minutes before and after the performance period is required for set up and pack down. This time is not charged to the client.

13. Quote Validity

All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
